		<description>We use corn based bowls and potato based spoons in our ice cream shop. Apparently the compost pile needs to be really hot for them to break down. Our home pile isn't hot enough, but if you put them in the Seattle food waste bins, the industrial strength composters should do it. I agree that it would be nice to see the process on my own, but oh well.</description>
